Job summary

Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority in Melbourne is seeking a governance-focused professional to support Boards, Steering Committees and governance forums, ensuring decisions are informed and compliant. You'll join the Project Systems & Governance team to strengthen governance frameworks and streamline reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing briefs, reports and correspondence, tracking actions, and coordinating assurance activities across VIDA Health's major infrastructure

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality management, assurance frameworks, and governance practices.
• Experience applying governance, compliance checks, and audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills for crisp governance reporting.
• Experience in a PMO or Project Controls unit is advantageous.

• Create high-quality reports and briefs for governance forums.
