Job summary

VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is seeking a dedicated Secretariat and governance support professional. You will provide timely, compliant briefing and assurance support to Boards, Steering Committees and governance forums, ensuring decisions are well informed and well documented.

In the Project Systems & Governance team you will strengthen governance frameworks, streamline processes and improve reporting quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality management and governance practices.
• Ability to apply governance frameworks, compliance checks, and audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills with crisp reporting for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in PMO or Project Controls is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality reports and briefs for governance forums.
• Drive project assurance by monitoring risks, issues and changes.
• Coordinate assurance tasks and track follow-up actions.
