Job summary

You will produce concise, decision‑ready reports, monitor risks and changes, and ensure alignment with governance frameworks. The role supports the PMO and contributes to compliance and quality assurance across the health capital program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality management and governance practices, preferably in construction or capital works.
• Ability to apply governance frameworks, compliance checks, and audit processes.
• Excellent communication for clear governance reporting to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in a PMO or Project Controls unit is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretariat and assurance support to Boards and Steering Committees.
• Create high-quality reports and briefs with actionable information for governance forums.
• Monitor risks, issues and changes to ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
• Coordinate assurance tasks and track follow-up actions.
