Job summary

MAGNT, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory in Darwin, seeks a Corporate Governance and Operations Manager to lead governance, risk and compliance across the organisation, including Board secretariat duties and ARC Committee support.

You will oversee risk management, policy monitoring, WHS, IT and licences, while advancing continuous improvement and flexible working arrangements within an inclusive, Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing governance frameworks and policies.
• Board minutes and secretariat experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk management and WHS requirements.
• Familiarity with IT and licences administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance frameworks and policies across MAGNT.
• Monitor and report on risk, compliance and WHS performance.
• Provide board secretariat support and minutes for MAGNT Board and ARC Committee.
• Oversee IT, licences and administration to ensure smooth operations.
