Job summary

Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory (MAGNT) seeks a Corporate Governance and Operations Manager to lead governance frameworks, monitor policies and standards, and oversee risk management and WHS across MAGNT.

You will manage the Board secretariat, take accurate minutes, support the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, and handle IT, licences and general administration. This is a full-time, ongoing role based in Darwin, offering a competitive salary plus 12% super.

Qualifications

• Development, implementation and management of governance frameworks.
• Policies and standards monitoring across MAGNT.
• Risk management functions and WHS support.
• Secretariat duties for MAGNT Board and ARC Committee.
