Job summary

Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory (MAGNT) in Darwin invites applications for a Lead governance, risk and compliance role. This full-time, ongoing position strengthens governance frameworks, risk management and WHS across MAGNT.

The role also manages the board secretariat, minutes and action tracking, and provides support to the ARC Committee and external stakeholders, while overseeing IT, licences and administration. Salary is $110,000 per year plus 12% super.

Qualifications

• High-standard governance through development and management of governance frameworks.
• Monitor policies and standards; support WHS across MAGNT.
• Secretariat management for MAGNT Board, including minutes and action tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage secretariat function for the MAGNT Board and minute-taking.
• Provide secretariat support to the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and external stakeholders.
• Oversee IT, licences and administration tasks.
