Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory (MAGNT) in Darwin invites applications for a Lead governance, risk and compliance role. This full-time, ongoing position strengthens governance frameworks, risk management and WHS across MAGNT.
The role also manages the board secretariat, minutes and action tracking, and provides support to the ARC Committee and external stakeholders, while overseeing IT, licences and administration. Salary is $110,000 per year plus 12% super.

Location: Darwin, NT
This position is responsible for providing a high standard of corporate governance through the development, implementation and management of effective governance frameworks. The role will monitor policies and standards, manage MAGNT’s Risk Management functions and support WHS across the organisation.
The position is responsible for management of the secretariat function for the MAGNT Board, accurately taking Board Minutes and monitoring action items; and provides secretariat support to the Audit, Risk and Compliance (ARC) Committee and external stakeholders as required.
The position is also responsible for a range of operational matters including IT, management of licences and administration.
