YMCA Victoria is seeking a Governance Officer to support governance, compliance and company secretariat services across the Group. Working with the Board, committees and executives, you will help implement governance frameworks and reporting processes.

This permanent, full-time role is predominantly work from home with Box Hill offices 1-2 days per week; Wednesday is an office day. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, company secretariat, compliance or related discipline.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with Board and Executive stakeholder engagement.

• Coordinate governance activities across the Group and maintain records.
• Support entity compliance requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Facilitate efficient operation of governance bodies and reporting.
