VicGrid is seeking a Senior Advisor, Governance and Reporting, to operate across the Office of the CEO and coordinate governance, reporting and planning activities. The role supports the organisation in delivering strategic plans and high-quality governance, essential for Victoria’s transition to renewable energy project delivery.

You will work with key stakeholders to strengthen reporting quality, manage statutory reporting, and drive improvements in governance processes while collaborating

Qualifikationen

• Detail-oriented with strong written communication.
• Excellent organisational and project delivery skills.

• Proficiency with MS 365 tools.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and delivery of VicGrid's strategic and corporate planning processes, including the Corporate Plan, Annual Business Plan and other organisation-wide planning initiatives.
• Support the delivery of Board, Executive and statutory reporting, including the Annual Report, with data-driven insights and evidence-based approaches to strengthen reporting quality and governance and enhance organisational capability.
• Lead the coordination of key government requests, including the Public Accounts and Estimates Committee briefings, inter-departmental reporting, and other ad hoc requests.
• Identify emerging risks to VicGrid and opportunities for process improvement, innovation, streamlining, and driving greater integration in the OCEO and more broadly across VicGrid.
