Job summary

Pelican Waters Golf Club, part of Palm Lake Group, seeks an Operations Administrator to streamline daily golf and hospitality operations. You will coordinate memberships, bookings, rostering and reporting, ensuring smooth cross‑department collaboration and superior guest experience.

Candidates should have admin experience in hospitality or golf, plus proficiency with MiMembership and MS Excel. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts at a premier coastal golf venue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, ideally within hospitality, leisure, finance or golf.
• Experience with MiMembership/MiClub software is highly regarded.
• Ability to establish processes to streamline operations across departments.
• Understanding of basic financial reporting and purchasing processes.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Excel knowledge.
• Professional, calm under pressure and a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Admin and management of Golf Memberships via MiMembership.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliation and basic financial reporting.
• Assist with staff management, including recruitment, onboarding and rostering.
• Maintain records, financial reports and compliance documentation.
• Assist with bookings, event coordination and scheduling systems.
• Update operational reports daily, weekly and monthly.
• Prepare internal communications, calendars, events and run sheets.
• Maintain inventory and stocktake for golf and hospitality supplies.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with relevant departments.
• Maintain daily operations logs for course conditions, staffing and events.
