Job summary

Pelican Waters Golf Club is seeking an Operations Administrator to coordinate daily golf and hospitality operations at the Clubhouse. You will manage memberships via MiMembership, handle purchases, invoicing and basic financial reporting, and support rostering and events.

Ideal candidates bring solid administration experience within hospitality or golf, strong MS Excel skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, ideally within hospitality, leisure, finance or golf industries.
• Working knowledge of Hospitality and/or Golf Operations.
• Experience establishing processes to streamline operations across departments.
• Understanding of basic financial reporting, purchasing and processes.
• Strong MS Excel knowledge.
• Experience with MiMembership/MiClub software is highly regarded.
• Team player; able to work autonomously with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Administration & management of Golf Memberships via MiMembership system.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliation and basic financial reporting.
• Assist with staff management, including recruitment, onboarding & rostering.
• Maintain records, financial reports, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with bookings, event coordination, and scheduling systems.
• Update daily, weekly & monthly operational reports.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, calendars/schedules, events/run sheets.
• Maintain inventory & stocktake for golf and hospitality supplies.
• Monitor equipment and facility maintenance schedules & coordinate with departments.
• Host, answer phones & direct guests during busy periods; point of contact for residents/guests.
