Job summary

Cultura, a leading not-for-profit, is seeking a General Manager, Care Services in Melbourne to provide strategic and operational leadership across our aged care and community care portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive service excellence, compliance, financial sustainability, and workforce performance.

• Experience in executive or senior management within aged care, community care or health.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial and strategic management skills for sustainable outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all Care Services functions.
• Lead development and implementation of service delivery strategies to improve quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and accreditation standards in aged and community care.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for sustainable growth.
• Build relationships with clients, families, government bodies, and partner organisations.
• Contribute to Cultura's Executive Leadership Team and strategic priorities.
