Job summary

Cultura is seeking a General Manager, Care Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across our aged care and community care portfolio in Geelong. You will drive service excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce performance reporting to the CEO.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and build strong partnerships with clients, families, government bodies and partner organisations. AHPRA registration (nursing or allied health) is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive or senior management in aged care or health sectors.
• Knowledge of care service operations, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams across complex environments.
• Strong financial and strategic management skills for sustainable outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with stakeholders and partners.
• AHPRA registration is essential (nursing or allied health).
