Job summary

Respect Group in Australia is seeking a General Manager – Home Care to lead operations, client experience and sustainable growth across Support at Home and Wellness & Reablement programs spanning five states. Reporting to the Head of Home Care, this is a full-time role focused on impact and excellence.

You’ll drive safe, person-centred care while delivering strong financial performance, quality, compliance and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in aged care, home care or healthcare services.
• Proven governance, service quality and risk management responsibilities.
• Ability to lead strategy, service development and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Home Care strategy, growth, client retention and portfolio development across five states.
• Oversee budgets, revenue, funding utilisation and margin improvement.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery and operational consistency.
• Ensure compliance with aged care legislation and quality standards.
• Lead, coach and develop operational managers and care teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using performance data and client feedback.
