Job summary

Reo Recruitment seeks a General Manager - Finance Shared Services to lead the SSC for a global technology services business. You will own the function, reporting to the Group CFO, and drive improvements in AR, AP, payroll, and project accounting across Australia, NZ and the Philippines.

With 10+ years in SSC leadership, you will build best-practice processes, scale operations, and foster a strong culture of engagement while delivering performance improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Shared Services leadership
• Strong leadership and people management
• Experience scaling finance operations across multiple geographies

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 26-person Finance Shared Services team across AR, AP, Payroll, Project Accounting and Order Management
• Drive the operating model across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines
• Improve processes, controls, and automation to scale the business
• Establish KPIs and drive measurable improvements across Shared Services
