Job summary

Reo Group is seeking an experienced Group FP&A Manager in Sydney to lead a small analytics team and oversee budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for a large healthcare-focused group. The role reports directly to the CFO and involves translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and growth.

You will shape the finance function during a period of transformation, enhancing forecasting models, streamlining reporting, and supporting major growth

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A in a large corporate, ASX-listed or complex multinational environment.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and strategic planning capabilities.
• Exposure to multi-site or services-based organisations and senior executive reporting.
• CA or CPA qualification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small FP&A team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across the group.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Drive improvements in forecasting methodologies, reporting processes and finance systems.
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance, Operations and regional leadership to identify risks, opportunities and key drivers of performance.
• Oversee capital expenditure evaluation, business cases and post-investment reviews.
• Provide commercial insights to CFO, Board and senior leadership to inform decisions.
