Atlas Partners is seeking a senior transformation lead for the Shared Services function in Melbourne, Australia. You will own the AP/AR transformation roadmap, drive process simplification, stronger controls and increased automation, while delivering measurable benefits.

You will run end-to-end projects, develop dashboards and partner with Finance and Technology to close audit findings and embed new processes.

Formación

• Experience leading Shared Services, Finance Operations, AP/AR or Credit improvements.
• Proven track record in transformation or process excellence initiatives.
• Ability to analyse and re-engineer end-to-end processes for efficiency and control.
• Delivery of digital automation and finance technology improvements.
• Exposure to ERP transformation, system migration or finance system implementation.
• Strong analytics to identify, measure and monitor improvement using KPIs.
• Proven capability in project delivery and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver AP/AR transformation roadmap aligned to Shared Services priorities.
• Analyse and redesign end-to-end AP, AR and related finance processes for efficiency and control.
• Lead automation and digitisation - workflow automation, RPA, OCR, e-invoicing and system enhancements.
• Run end-to-end improvement projects from discovery to benefits realisation.
• Build dashboards, KPIs and insights for AP, AR and Credit leaders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology and business to strengthen controls and data quality.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for adoption and embedding.

Role Purpose

Lead transformation and process excellence across the Shared Services function, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The role owns the AP/AR transformation roadmap and is hands-on - taking initiatives from discovery through to implementation, adoption and benefits realisation. Key levers are process simplification, stronger controls, better service delivery and increased automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the AP and AR transformation and continuous improvement roadmap, aligned to Shared Services priorities.
• Analyse and redesign end-to-end AP, AR and related finance processes for efficiency, accuracy, standardisation and control.
• Lead automation and digitisation - workflow automation, RPA, OCR, e-invoicing and finance system enhancements.
• Run improvement and technology projects end-to-end - discovery, requirements, testing, implementation, stabilisation and benefits realisation.
• Build dashboards, KPIs and performance insights for AP, AR and Credit leaders.
• Partner with Finance, Technology and the business to strengthen controls, improve data quality and close out audit findings.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement so new processes and systems are adopted and embedded.

Requirements

• Strong background in Shared Services, Finance Operations, AP, AR or Credit.
• Track record leading continuous improvement, transformation or process excellence initiatives.
• End-to-end process analysis and re-engineering capability.
• Delivery of digital automation and finance technology improvements.
• Exposure to ERP transformation, system migration or finance systems implementation.
• Strong analytics - uses data and KPIs to identify and measure improvement.
