Job summary

Mammotion Tech in Australia seeks an experienced Field Applications Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting and product consultation to local distributors, service providers, dealers and DIY channels. You will assist with installation, diagnosis, repair and technical training.

You will coordinate with HQ R&D, Product, Quality and After-Sales teams, promote after-sales processes, monitor KPI performance with partners, and travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Robotics or related fields.
• Experience in FAE, technical support, after-sales, robotics, IoT, consumer electronics or related industries is preferred.
• Strong independent thinking, judgement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Fluent English is required. Chinese/Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and product consultation to local distributors, authorised service providers, dealers and DIY channels.
• Support partners with product installation, diagnosis, repair, technical training and complex issue resolution.
• Provide technical feedback and recommendations on products, applications and local market requirements to HQ teams.
• Promote and implement Mammotion’s technical, after-sales processes and KPI requirements across local distributors and service providers.
• Monitor partner service performance, follow up on KPI gaps and support continuous improvement.
• Work closely with HQ R&D, Product, Quality and After-Sales teams to resolve technical and product issues.
• Provide on-site technical support, training and field troubleshooting when required.
• Domestic and occasional international business travel is required.
