Job summary

Hoymiles Australia seeks an experienced technical support professional to provide end-to-end assistance for residential and commercial/industrial ESS projects. You will engage in pre-sales design, configure ESS solutions, prepare diagrams, BOMs, and perform basic calculations to support sales discussions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or system engineering in solar/ESS.
• Familiar with Australian electrical standards and grid requirements.
• Ability to read/prepare single-line diagrams and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support for ESS systems in Australia.
• Design pre-sales solutions and configure ESS systems.
• Prepare system diagrams, BOMs, and basic calculations.
• Support installation, commissioning and troubleshooting, primarily via remote technical support.
