Job summary

Soprano Design Pty Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leaders, owning end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles and functions. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard, while shaping innovative talent strategies, pipelines, and employer branding as we scale globally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced, global or tech-driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and attracting talent across a variety of functions and levels.
• Experience building talent pipelines and proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and contemporary TA trends.
• Experience managing external recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable with multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Passion for inclusive hiring and positive workplace culture.
• Preferred: experience recruiting across international markets.
• Preferred: experience in technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or high-growth organisations.
• Preferred: experience with AHRM and/or ATS implementation.
• Qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, references, offers and onboarding support.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers with market insights and best-practice guidance.
• Develop talent pipelines and pools to support current and future hiring needs.
• Engage external recruitment partners, universities, and networks to attract high-quality talent for international roles.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and market trends to drive continuous improvement and inform decisions.
• Contribute to TA programs, processes, policies, and employer branding initiatives.
