Stakes is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a multi‑role portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor, using evidence‑based market insight and proactive sourcing to build strong talent pipelines and offer an exceptional candidate experience.

The role supports a hybrid, Australia‑wide strategy with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and business impact, including onboarding and ongoing talent strategy alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a multi-role environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise senior leaders.
• Knowledge of current talent market trends and recruitment best practice.
• Experience building passive talent pipelines and trading data.
• Governance of recruitment systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority roles across the business.
• Proactively source and headhunt active and passive candidates.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Create engaging job advertisements across SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Coordinate references, licences, tickets and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity within Employment Hero.
• Provide leaders with regular updates on vacancies and candidate pipelines.
• Support successful candidates through offer, onboarding, induction and commencement.
