Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience filling niche roles, ideally with 1+ year in-house recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract the world's best talent to Talentful's clients.
• Utilize deep sourcing techniques to locate passive candidates, including Boolean searches.
• Work with one client at a time to deeply embed in their culture socially and professionally.
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders to help them value strong talent practice.
• Focus on recruiting great people across technical disciplines.
