Responsibilities

• Shape global service strategy through rotation across business areas and optimize service operations.
• Execute cross-border service projects, including pre-launch testing, feedback collection, and analysis.
• Improve the customer service experience by addressing inquiries and analyzing VOC to close loops on issues.
• Manage the overseas after-sales network by coordinating with agents/distributors and rolling out policies and support.
• Analyze service operations data to provide insights for business and technical decisions.
