Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, GM, Operations)
• Proven ability to develop and execute scalable strategies for complex operations
• Strong analytical judgment combining quantitative and qualitative insights
• Experience leading large, cross‑functional initiatives from concept to execution
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes and operating models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Set and drive post-purchase operations strategy in Australia, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Translate operational data and user interactions into roadmaps and initiatives
• Collaborate with Global Commerce to implement changes and own end-to-end execution
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with clear alignment and measurable outcomes
• Design scalable processes and operating models to support growth and evolving user needs
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders and inform decision-making
• Continuously assess performance and identify efficiency, resilience, and experience improvements
