Job summary

FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency delivering Content, Creative, Digital Technology, Management & Delivery, and Data & Insights services. The Senior Event Manager will oversee event logistics, venue management, and cross-functional coordination for high-profile clients, including multi-region deployments.

You will lead on-site operations, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure exceptional event experiences across live and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in senior event/meeting management.
• Strong ability to coordinate meetings/conferences from 50 to 300+ attendees.
• Experience with high-profile stakeholders and agencies.
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple levels in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative planning support for event hosts to ensure a top-tier experience.
• Oversee logistics including decor, catering, AV, security and entertainment.
• Coordinate with facilities and service teams across on-site and digital events.
• Lead and mentor junior team members; train new staff and manage shadowing schedules.
• Manage multiple programs across industries, delivering world-class event execution.
• Create detailed event briefs, conduct post-event debriefs, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
