Job summary

Cullen Jewellery is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for our 15-showroom global portfolio. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard senior retail staff across Australia, the US, the UK, Canada, and New Zealand.

We value relationship-building, strong calendar management, and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience in a fast-growing, remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Proven TA experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms; Rippling bonus.
• Excellent calendar management across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and adaptable in a high-growth business.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from job ads to onboarding.
• Own retail portfolio across 15 showrooms globally (Australia, US, UK, Canada, NZ).
• Build talent communities via Rippling, Seek, LinkedIn.
• Manage interview framework with thorough initial screenings.
• Advise Showroom Managers on hiring needs and provide a seamless recruitment experience.
• Design and facilitate a smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Improve interview capability of hiring managers and share best practices.
