Job summary

A leading manufacturer of electrical cables is seeking multiple full-time Project Coordinators to support planning, sales, and delivery across Australia. This role involves coordinating the supply of cable packages, preparing quotes, and maintaining strong client relationships. Experience in the electrical industry is essential, and knowledge of cable products is beneficial. The positions are based in either Western Australia or New South Wales, with minimal travel expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in the electrical and/or cable industry is essential.
• Knowledge of cable products and applications (Comms, LV, MV, HV) is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.

• Prepare quotes and process orders using SAP.

We’re recruiting for multiple full-time, permanent Project Coordinators to support our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical cables to major infrastructure and related projects all across Australia.

This role supports planning, sales and delivery of electrical cables, working with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The role is primarily office-based in either WA or NSW (multiple roles available) with minimal travel required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the supply of cable packages from scoping and pricing through to site delivery
• Prepare quotes and process orders (SAP experience advantageous)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and clients
• Identify and grow new business opportunities
• Coordinate internally with logistics, warehouse, engineering, and quality teams

Skills and Requirements

• Experience in the electrical and/or cable industry
• Knowledge of cable products and applications (Comms, LV, MV, HV etc.) would be beneficial
• Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial (electrical wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, technical sales, customer service, sales representative, account manager, internal sales, business development etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
