Job summary

Marken Time Critical Express Limited in Australia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to monitor all inbound and outbound shipments daily, ensuring deliveries meet timelines and comply with cold-chain requirements where applicable.

You will use the Maestro system to plan, execute and track import/export shipments, coordinate collections and deliveries with Marken offices, agents and drivers, and maintain warehouse stock levels and documentation for smooth dispatch.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service operations, preferably in international air freight or pharma.
• Knowledge of export/import processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan, execute and monitor shipments using Maestro system.
• Coordinate with departments, Marken Offices, agents and drivers for collections and deliveries.
• Maintain stock levels of packaging and stock condition in warehouse.
• Prepare documentation for shipments and update Maestro with milestones.
• Identify and resolve shipment irregularities and deviations.
