Job summary

Ampd Energy is seeking a seasoned People Operations leader to own the global employee lifecycle and advise executive leadership. You will build scalable HR processes, systems, and governance across regions, ensuring compliant and high-quality employee experiences.

You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance, and offboarding, possibly leading a small team with payroll/benefits and regional HR support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience managing global, distributed teams.
• Trusted executive partner who uses data to inform decisions.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑jurisdiction employment law and compliance.
• Proven track record building or scaling a recruiting operation.
• Operational excellence with governance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• People Operations & Employee Lifecycle: manage onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and documentation across regions.
• Strategic HR Business Partner: advise executives with data-driven workforce insights.
• Recruiting: lead sourcing strategies, hiring processes, and candidate experience across regions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: stay ahead of employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Culture & Engagement: design and drive a unified global employee experience.
