Job summary

Humanforce is seeking a People Operations Partner to join our People & Culture team. You will own day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, while partnering with engineering, product, sales and support to deliver a seamless employee experience.

This role emphasizes onboarding, payroll liaison, policy maintenance, data reporting, and opportunities to automate processes in collaboration with Forward Deployed Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations or HR administration.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced or growing organisation.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Interest in process automation and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate employee records and systems with data integrity.
• Prepare employment documentation and letters.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for a smooth experience.
• Assist payroll data preparation and liaise with payroll providers.
• Handle People inboxes and respond professionally to requests.
• Maintain policies, templates and guidance.
• Prepare regular People reports and insights.
• Ensure processes align with legislation and policy.
• Collaborate with engineering to automate and streamline processes.
• Support performance, remuneration, engagement and talent processes.
