Job summary

ClickView is seeking a senior leader to head People Operations for its 140-person global business across Australia, the UK and the US. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a small team, shape our people strategy, and drive high-impact HR initiatives, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

The role covers governance, performance, development, and recruitment across regions, with a fixed-term maternity cover and potential for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a People/HR function or large team.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge and Australian employment law.
• Experience partnering with executive teams and influencing outcomes.
• Hands-on operational executor with project delivery experience.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset using people insights and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver global people strategy with the CEO and Executive team.
• Lead People team and high-impact initiatives.
• Oversee organisation structure, talent reviews and growth.
• Drive performance, engagement and development; coach leaders.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring decisions.
• Use people data to inform decisions and measure success.
• Provide pragmatic HR advice and ensure compliant policies.
