You will drive service excellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement, leveraging Workday and automation to deliver simpler, smarter experiences for candidates, employees and leaders.

• Experience improving end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

• Build and develop a high-performing, service-focused team.
• Drive automation and data-driven improvements in HR processes.
• Champion Workday and other technologies to streamline workflows.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs to measure service delivery and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee lifecycle processes and compliance.
• Oversee workforce planning, vendor relationships and capability development.
• Use insights to identify trends and drive meaningful improvements.
