Job summary

Aussie Broadband is seeking an Employee Lifecycle & Operations Manager to lead Recruitment and People Operations across the full employee journey, from attraction and onboarding through to internal mobility and offboarding.

You'll lead a high-performing team that delivers service excellence, and leverage Workday, automation and data-driven insights to simplify experiences for candidates, employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams in a complex environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from recruitment to offboarding.
• Strong track record building high-performing, service-focused teams.
