ClickView Limited in Sydney is seeking a strategic Head of People Operations to lead our global people function, reporting to the CEO and guiding a small team across Australia, the UK and the US. The role is a 14-month fixed-term contract with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

This position focuses on strategy, leadership development, and scalable HR processes in a fast-growing ed-tech environment, with potential for permanent opportunities as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Strong People/HR leadership with autonomous remit.
• Generalist HR expertise and knowledge of Australian employment law.
• Experience partnering with Executive and senior leaders to influence outcomes.
• Hands-on operational executor from planning to implementation.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
• Data-driven using people insights and metrics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver global people strategy with the CEO and Executive team.
• Lead and develop the People team and drive high-impact initiatives.
• Oversee organisational structure and talent reviews to support growth.
• Drive high performance, engagement and development across the business.
• Oversee recruitment and guide hiring decisions with the People team.
• Use people data and metrics to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Ensure People policies and practices are compliant across regions.
• Own company-wide OKR process and drive adoption.
• Lead leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
• Lead AI training and enablement across the company.
