Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Global Workplace Experience and Operations Manager to lead our Camper Experience team and shape how our global workplaces operate. Based in Melbourne, you will drive operational excellence across facilities, safety, events, and budgets, partnering with People, Technology, Finance and Risk.

This role covers APAC, North America and EMEA, overseeing six offices including Melbourne, Sydney, San Francisco, Chicago, Berlin and London, with four days per week in the Melbourne

Qualifications

• Significant experience in workplace, facilities, real estate or related operations across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, compliance, risk management and emergency preparedness.
• Demonstrated people leadership with the ability to support a team across regions and time zones.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, projects and a broad group of stakeholders.
• Service-focused approach and genuine interest in employee experience, events and connection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Camper Experience team across APAC, North America and EMEA, overseeing operations in Culture Amp’s offices.
• Oversee global facilities and real estate, including leases, office changes, maintenance and workplace standards.
• Set and improve workplace health, safety, compliance and emergency-preparedness practices.
• Shape a global events and workplace experience strategy that supports connection across hubs and remote staff.
• Manage workplace vendors, contracts and budgets; set clear expectations for service and delivery.
• Build reliable operating processes for inspections, safety reporting, service requests and reporting.
• Use workplace data to guide priorities and improvements.
