Sharp & Carter is seeking a payroll professional for an ongoing contract, based in Sydney CBD with potential to work from home after settling in. The role supports the existing payroll team across Australia and New Zealand and involves collaborating in a team-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include processing fortnightly and monthly payrolls, preparing lodgement reports, reconciling leave balances, handling STP uploads, and interpreting EBAs/Awards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years payroll experience ideal
• Ability to work within a team
• Excellent communications skills
• Able to work in large, team environments

Responsabilités

• Payroll processing for fortnightly and monthly payrolls (Australia & New Zealand)
• Support Payroll Manager with monthly superannuation reports lodgement
• Reconcile employee leave balances and entitlements
• Assist with Single Touch Payroll file uploads per pay run
• Interpret multiple EBAs/Awards
