Job summary

Sharp & Carter seeks an experienced HRIS & Payroll Specialist for a 3-6 month contract in Sydney CBD. You will test and validate HR and payroll processes during an Oracle migration, applying strong Australian payroll knowledge and HR operations expertise.

In this hands-on role, you will cover onboarding through termination, ensure payroll outputs meet legislative obligations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS or payroll systems testing.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards.
• Proven ability to validate HR and payroll processes during system migrations.

Responsibilities

• Support testing activities for a major HRIS migration project.
• Validate HR and payroll processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Test onboarding, employee changes, transfers and offboarding workflows.
