Expeditors Melbourne is seeking an experienced Ocean Import/Export Coordinator to join our logistics team. You will coordinate shipments, liaise with customers, agents, and carriers, and ensure documentation and milestones are processed accurately and on time.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain smooth operations across the supply chain.

Formación

• Experience in ocean import and/or export operations.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple shipments and tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate within a dynamic team to process ocean import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, agents, carriers to arrange transportation.
• Work with internal departments to handle shipments and resolve issues.
• Manage Ocean Import/Export files, milestones, and documentation in the system.
• Track and trace shipments, address delays and outstanding information.
• Prepare and process relevant shipping documentation accurately and timely.
• Utilise workflow monitors to manage daily shipments and priorities.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and overseas offices.
