Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a Sales Executive in Melbourne to build new relationships with prospective and target customers, delivering value-added logistics solutions and supporting cost-benefit analyses. You will manage a Customer Relationship Management tool to track progress and expand Expeditors' share of customer business annually.

You will work with our global network of experts, both locally and abroad, to provide visibility and drive service enhancements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, business development or account management.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to interpret and present data & analytics.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new customers; build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Engage customers with proactive monthly calls and set cadence meeting.
• Develop and manage pipeline across the team selling process.
