ASC is seeking a highly organised Global Mobility Advisor to manage end-to-end international assignments, ensuring compliant, efficient mobilisation and a positive employee experience. You will coordinate across time zones, liaising with employees, leaders, internal teams and external providers to deliver seamless mobility outcomes.

• Experience coordinating international assignments or relocations.
• Background in global mobility, HR operations or workforce mobilisation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels of the business.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with attention to detail and service excellence.
• Ability to work across time zones and with internal/external stakeholders.
• Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international assignments from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, leaders and stakeholders.
• Assess assignment needs and develop mobility solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Prepare mobility documentation, contracts and cost estimates.
• Coordinate external vendors and service providers for timely delivery.
• Provide payroll instructions for allowances, benefits and lump-sums.
• Monitor costs, entitlements, milestones and compliance obligations.
• Maintain accurate case records and support reporting requirements.
• Respond to enquiries through the Global Mobility mailbox with timely support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share information across the lifecycle.
• Support remuneration review and taxation processes with mobility considerations.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
