Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end immigration processes, including visa applications, sponsorship, and compliance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Australian immigration laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
• Provide practical advice to leaders and employees regarding visa requirements, policy interpretation, and immigration risk management.
• Manage complex and high-risk immigration cases with timely and solutions-focused outcomes.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, and external providers to deliver compliant immigration services.
• Lead and develop a small team.
• Drive continuous improvement across immigration processes and employee experience.
• Support seamless international talent mobility across regions.
