Job summary

St John of God Health Care in Perth is seeking a Global Mobility Advisor to join on a full-time, 12-month parental leave contract. The role centers on coordinating international recruitment and mobility for caregivers, ensuring a positive relocation journey from offer to start date.

You will manage visa and immigration processes, advise on sponsorship, and act as the main contact for caregivers, hiring managers, suppliers and partners to drive a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in global mobility, international recruitment, HR or workforce administration.
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously enhance SJGHC's global mobility program, ensuring a seamless relocation and onboarding experience for internationally recruited caregivers.
• Manage visa, sponsorship and immigration processes, providing expert advice and ensuring legislative compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internationally recruited employees, hiring managers, suppliers and external partners throughout the mobility journey.
• Monitor and manage supplier and partner performance, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, candidate experience and ROI.
• Develop, maintain and improve global mobility processes, documentation, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience by gathering feedback and supporting caregivers from offer acceptance through onboarding.
