Qualifications

• Experience managing mobility, immigration, relocation or talent deployment programs within a complex organisation.
• Strong capability in workforce analytics and reporting, translating data into insights.
• Proven success partnering with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobility and immigration cases with compliant, cost-aware solutions.
• Partner with business leaders and Talent Acquisition to align mobility with project needs.
• Analyse mobility data to produce insights informing strategic workforce planning.
• Manage relationships with immigration, relocation and mobility service providers while ensuring quality and cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement across mobility and deployment programs to enhance employee experience.
