Job summary

Grace Group is seeking an International Coordinator in Melbourne to liaise with customers, overseas agents, Customs, Quarantine and 3rd Party Service Providers to ensure shipments meet contract terms. You will manage shipping schedules to meet customer expectations and ensure document compliance.

You will collaborate with clients and Operations to meet transit and delivery schedules, liaise with external suppliers, and keep clients informed of progress while supporting the team daily.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, Customs, Quarantine and 3rd Party Service Providers to ensure shipments meet contract terms.
• Manage shipping schedules to meet customer expectations and ensure document compliance.
• Work with clients and Operations to meet transit and delivery schedules and liaise with external suppliers.
• Keep clients advised of progress of consignments and support day-to-day team activities.
