Job summary

Grace Group is seeking an International Coordinator in Melbourne to liaise with customers, overseas agents, Customs, Quarantine and 3rd Party Service Providers to ensure shipments meet contract terms. You will manage shipping schedules to meet customer expectations and ensure document compliance.

You will collaborate with clients and Operations to meet transit and delivery schedules, liaise with external suppliers, and keep clients informed of progress while supporting the team daily.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic team player to liaise with our customers, overseas agents, Customs, Quarantine and 3rd Party Service Providers to ensure shipments meet the terms of the contract. Managing Shipping Schedule to meet customer expectations and ensuring document compliance.

You will work with our clients and Operations department to ensure we meet transit and delivery schedules, liaise with external suppliers, keep clients advised of the progress of their consignments and support the team on a day to day basis.
