Job summary

Mondiale VGL is seeking a Client Services Representative to build strong client relationships and ensure smooth end-to-end logistics across global supply chains. You will coordinate shipments, manage dashboards, and support onboarding of new partnerships in a proactive, detail‑driven role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service (3+ years), freight forwarding, or international logistics (is greatly advantageous).

• Excellent communication and organisation skills, with the confidence to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the client by building long-term relationships through regular communication.
• Deliver seamless logistics solutions by tracking and coordinating shipments using our OneTrack Dashboard.
• Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports to keep information accurate.
• Set up new accounts, onboarding, and ensure smooth transitions for new partnerships.
• Spot opportunities to streamline processes, resolve issues proactively, and share insights with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support a high-performing culture.
