Job summary

Mondiale VGL, a global logistics partner, is hiring a Client Services Representative to join our international team. You’ll be the trusted partner keeping client supply chains running smoothly, coordinating shipments and collaborating across onshore and offshore teams.

You’ll build long-term relationships, manage dashboards, onboarding new accounts, and seek ways to improve processes. Experience in customer service and freight forwarding, plus strong communication, are essential to thrive in our

• 3+ years of customer service experience, with freight forwarding exposure.
• Passion for customer success and proactive problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to own tasks.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the client by building meaningful, long-term relationships.
• Deliver seamless logistics solutions by tracking and coordinating shipments via OneTrack Dashboard.
• Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports to ensure current, reliable information.
• Set up new accounts and assist with onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
• Spot opportunities to streamline processes and share insights with Sales and Account teams.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support a high-performing culture.

You’ll collaborate across teams, anticipate customer needs, and ensure every shipment is executed with precision and care. Whether you’re coordinating freight movements, managing key accounts, or shaping logistics solutions, your work will help businesses move confidently across borders.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the voice of the client: Build meaningful, long‑term relationships through regular communication and genuine collaboration.
• Deliver seamless logistics solutions: Track, manage, and coordinate shipments using our OneTrack Dashboard, ensuring smooth transitions from order to delivery.
• Drive efficiency and accuracy: Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports to keep information current and reliable.
• Empower new partnerships: Set up new accounts, assist with onboarding, and ensure each transition feels effortless.
• Champion continuous improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline processes, resolve issues proactively, and share insights with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high‑performing culture.
