Job summary

RCT Powered by Epiroc seeks an experienced Product Manager – Underground Automation to own the underground automation and data product portfolio, drive strategy and grow the business across global markets. You will work with customers, Sales, Engineering and the Epiroc Group to translate needs into product solutions and manage products throughout their lifecycle.

Strong leadership, technical background, and a customer‑centric approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mining technology and customer needs.
• Experience translating market insights into product roadmaps and requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, sales and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering to release, certification and support.
• Drive product strategy and growth, maximise commercial value and market penetration.
• Shape roadmaps using customer feedback, market trends and business priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Monitor product performance and optimise based on customer feedback and faults.
