SITA is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a global aviation technology program. You will assist in tracking activities, managing documentation, and supporting financial reporting to ensure profitability across multiple workstreams.

The role requires practical understanding of project management concepts, strong communication in a virtual environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support project team members in tracking activities and deliverables to completion.
• Assist in tracking project activities to maintain visibility across all aspects of project work.
• Provide support during the transition to the support phase.
• Ensure documentation and lessons learned are captured and accessible.
• Support financial elements of project work and governance of project-related costs.
• Assist monthly project financial reports to maintain or improve profit margins.
• Support communications and reporting requirements with accurate project status updates.
