Job summary

SITA Group is seeking a skilled Program/Project Manager to drive diverse programs in a fast-paced, global environment. You will coordinate teams across borders, build business cases, and manage capacity plans to deliver on time and within budget.

You will engage with diverse customers and stakeholders, lead change controls, and maintain rigorous project documentation while focusing on high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Track record of managing multiple projects and small programs including complexities budgets and deliverables within a commercial environment.
• Experience speaking in front of customers and various leadership levels.
• Experience with an IT solutions or border management solutions provider.

Responsibilities

• Managing programs and/or projects - Program and project sizes will vary in scope and complexity; manage lifecycle from inception to closure.
• Working with project teams - communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels; ensure alignment.
• Working with customers - ensure project goals meet customer satisfaction.
• Project Management administration - document activities, status reports, risk and issue tracking, and governance communications.
